An Avatar is a picture next to your comments

Creating an Avatar is easy and takes about 10 minutes.  First, sign up for a free account at http://en.gravatar.com/

Follow the prompts and upload an image.  You will tag images to your email addresses so that when you make a comment anywhere on the web with this email your image will follow, pretty cool!  In addition, you can add as many emails as you like.   You can change images at anytime so don’t worry about that either.

Why not be known when you comment around the web and let people have a bit of a glimpse of you instead of being anonymous.
