Mackinac Island Fall Wedding Mission Point Resort Gazebo
Rebecca and Kevin came from Southern Michigan for their destination Wedding on Mackinac Island at the Mission Point Gazebo and Summit Room. They had a wine themed wedding with wine barrels, wine bottles, corks, grapes, flowers, and LOTS of details. Pinterest was a huge inspiration for Rebecca and Kevin’s Wedding. You can see my Pinterest boards at http://www.Pinterest.com/paulphoto They had a Friday Wedding to help keep costs down and also let their guests enjoy the weekend on Mackinac Island. It was the Republican convention weekend so the island was packed. Normally in mid September the island would be about 50% full. The morning began at the 7th Heaven Salon at Mission Point Resort with Rebecca, her ladies, and moms. It was a relaxing spa morning with rain in the sky. Rebecca and Kevin were in the Tranquility Suite overlooking the lake and their wedding ceremony location. It is a beautiful suite that walks right out to a rock patio and morning sunsets. Rebecca wore a flattering wedding gown by Justin Alexander with lots of white pearls, and she held her custom built broach bouquet. The broaches were from family and her bridal shower. She sent them off to a designer from Etsy to put it all together. It was beautiful and she will have it forever! Carole Erbel provided day of wedding planning for their day bringing everything together. Her company For the Love of Mackinac did a wonderful job! I would recommend Carole to everyone! Pastor Todd Frusti from the families church was the officiant for the Wedding day. He made the trip up to celebrate with Rebecca and Kevin. Wedding ceremony and reception music and DJ by MICA Entertainment. Patrick is a great guy and I would recommend him for all Mackinac Island Weddings! Flowers by Margaret’s Garden at the Grand Hotel. The bridal bouquet was a custom built broach bouquet by designer on Etsy. Arrowhead wedding carriages was the transportation for the day. Jeremy is a great driver and a really nice guy too. He has a nice personality and obviously loves his job. It down poured during the ride and he was always smiling and in a great mood. This allowed my Bride and Groom to relax and enjoy the ride. We made incredible images using some of his input too. Highly recommended! The cupcake and cake table was built by Annie’s Cakes on Mackinac Island. I enjoyed the cupcakes! The party was filled with top shelf liquor and microbrew craft beers from all over Northern Michigan. I even saw a Petoskey Brewing Company beer from my hometown! Wedding colors for the day were Champagne and Ivory. Rebecca and Kevin danced their first dance to “Sweetest Thing” by JJ Grey and Mofro If you would like to see the entire days shoot you can visit http://www.printsbypaul.com/Wedding-Photography/Mission-Point-Resort-Mackinac-/Misison-Point-Resort-Wedding Their wedding video can be viewed at Rebecca and Kevin’s Mackinac Island Mission Point Resort wedding album pre-design is at https://albumexposure.com/paulphoto/public/rebecca-and-kevin-wedding Here is a small sample of images from Rebecca and Kevin’s Mackinac Island Wedding at Mission Point Resort.
