Northern Michigan fall destination wedding Perry Hotel

The Perry Hotel is a little jewel in Northern Michigan. It lies just off of Lake Michigan with a beautiful view of Little Traverse Bay and within walking distance of Lake Michigan. Perry Hotel has a gorgeous outdoor rose garden wedding ceremony and a few indoor locations too. Perry Hotel in Petoskey also has a variety of indoor and outdoor wedding reception locations.

The Perry Hotel has their own fantastic chefs for your perfectly prepared meals everytime. Their plated meals are among the best in Northern Michigan. Their staff is extremely professional and efficient too. You won’t be waiting long for anything, and you rarely see uneaten food too!

Under the Perry Hotel is the Noggin Room pub which is a wonderful late night spot after your wedding, or for your rehearsal dinner. The HO Rose Room upstairs is also a fantastic rehearsal dinner spot with a fine dining atmosphere.

The large porch on the Perry Hotel allows for a nice cocktail hour location, or just a place to hang out and take a break from the party.

The rooms in the Perry Hotel are historic and charming. A nice selection of rooms have a full view of Lake Michigan and Little Traverse Bay.

Becky and AJ love to sail. They have competed in races along the Lake Michigan coastline. They wanted a wedding location that was comfortable but also felt like they were on the water too. The Perry Hotel is just that location. They have an outdoor heated location that is very comfortable even in late fall, early winter temperatures.

Becky and AJ had a nautical, autumn themed wedding with their colors being navy, fall orange, and reds. They danced their first dance to Otis Redding, “Dock of the bay.”

Since I love the water and have my 100 ton captains license, I was in love with their choice of colors and theme.
