What a weekend! The Great Lakes Center for the Arts Opening weekend is a huge success. What a wonderful addition to our already beautiful area here in Northern Michigan. I could feel the excitement in the air as the new art and theater building is introduced to the donors and public. Great Lakes Center for the Arts Bay Harbor Opening Weekend Photography.

As an artist, this venue means a lot to me. We have our share of locations in Northern Michigan but nothing like the Great Lakes Center for the Arts. The sound in the theater is amazing. I was able to witness Youngmin You playing the grand piano on Thursday evening and it made my hair stand up. Amazing!

The Detroit Symphony Orchestra, along with the Interlochen choir, brought the house down.

This is the place to go to watch theater and the arts.

The Great Lakes Center for the Arts has raised the bar.
