Lake Michigan Beach Wedding Photography

This year I found myself capturing a lot of images along the Lake Michigan shoreline. I love Lake Michigan and the opportunities that it offers for awesome wedding day imagery. I also enjoy being on Lake Michigan as a charter captain on Catch-A-Bunch Charters in Grand Haven, Michigan.

Mandee and John had an awesome beach wedding right on Lake Michigan at Jean Klock Park in Benton Harbor, just over the bridge from St. Joseph. They are from Chicago and have been coming to the St. Joseph area for a long time. Family and friends joined them in their celebration on the sandy beach. Even though the weather was overcast, the ceremony was exceptional. Their reception was held at The Heritage Center in St. Joseph Michigan.
