Brenda and Neal exchanged vows in Portage, Michigan and had their reception at Real Good Food in Kalamazoo, MI on March 10, 2007. What a beautiful day with spring-like weather but enough snow to set the scene.
The bride and groom decided to see each other prior to the ceremony. That had their own time together and we started images following. We captured all of the traditional posed images prior to the ceremony. After the ceremony the wedding party got on the party bus and headed to the reception. The wedding was at 4pm and the reception started at 5:30. I started my day at 1:30 with location, detail, flowers, rings, etc.
The reception hall is very nice and is located in the Rose Street Market in Kalamazoo. They do not have a website right now but they are definately worth checking out for your event. See my images and album design listed below.
The reception ended at 11pm and I left just prior to the end of the reception. Powermix was the DJ and Jim did a wonderful job. Check him out at http://www.powermixdj.com
