Beach Wedding Bay Harbor

A beautiful day in Bay Harbor, Northern Michigan for the newly-weds Stephanie and Khyl.  It is so beautiful that the weather is actually hot for the northerners in attendance.  Half the family is from Canada and the other half from Southern Michigan.  Village Bay Harbor The Loft Wedding Beach Northern Michigan Photography by Paul Retherford.

The day begins for me above Knot Just a Bar condo with images of Khyl and family.  What a magnificent condo to rent for your Wedding day images.  The view over the Bay Harbor Marina is breathtaking.

All while we are capturing images the Bride is getting ready in a condo overlooking Lake Michigan the Bay Harbor Lake above The Loft.  Her room has these spectacular round windows and lots of light.

Hair is completed by Melissa and Company Salon and Stephanie looks amazing.

Thank you to Yvonne who is the Wedding Coordinator and does a wonderful job keeping everything flowing with so many angles to the wedding day.

The amazing florals are all provided by Gerych’s floral from lower Michigan.

Blush, dusty rose, and slate blue are the Wedding colors.

Wedding ceremony is located on Lake Michigan at the Bay Harbor beach adjacent to the Inn at Bay Harbor.  Additionally, newsmaker 2.0 has a saxophone player welcoming the guests.

The Bride enters with her family on the long walk from the street to the arch at the beach location.

Newsmaker 2.0 is set up and ready for the Wedding reception in The Loft.

The Loft is located in the Village of Bay Harbor above Fox and Rose restaurant.

Everything is set up and ready for arrival of the bride and groom.

Simply Sweet by Jessica is the cake baker.  In addition, Vernales is catering and bartending the Wedding reception.

A total of fifty people attend the intimate event.  They all eat tasty food and party the night away.
