Harbor Springs Wedding Photography
Some people want that blue bird sunny day for their Wedding. I jump for joy when the forecast is cloudy with a chance of rain. Look at this creamy light from this Harbor Springs Wedding Photography shoot. Had it been sunny, the eyes would have been shadowy, the sky would have been either blown out or very light blue, there would have been a sheen to everyone sweating, and you just could not get the dramatic images.
Kristina and Adam are a cute, perfect couple.
They came home from their Chicago residence to celebrate with family and friends in Harbor Springs.
The weather was mild with a bit of humidity in Harbor Springs. The rains held off for most of the day.
A few highlights for the say include the stunning Bride and Groom, the gorgeous flowers by A.R. Pontius Flower Shop, the amazing wedding dress by BHLDN, the incredibly tasty cake by Simply Sweet by Jessica, the awesome food by Kelly’s Catering of Traverse City, and this tent by Taylor Rental of Petoskey with draping and custom chandeliers.
Other vendors include Mackinaw Shuttle, Porchside Planners day of wedding planning, hair by Emily Heck, makeup by Emily Jones, wedding ceremony at First Presbyterian Church of Harbor Springs, and wedding band Bluewater Kings Band.
I have worked with the Bluewater Kings Band on a number of occasions. Just so future Brides are clear, the owner of this HUGE company is in New York. There are TONS of Bluewater Kings Bands. I have not played with the same group twice. It is my observation that most of the bands do not play with each other regularly either. This particular group played the night prior in Chicago and traveled all way north to play in Harbor Springs on Saturday.
The Wedding reception took place at a private, family friend, residence in Harbor Springs.
