Susan and Drew are a perfect couple.  Their intimate wedding at the Knights Courtyard and Knights Castle was amazing.  Susan did most of the planning for the Castle Farms Wedding Photography Charlevoix Michigan wedding.

The day was windy with overcast.  The rains held off for most of the day.  It felt a lot like a normal fall day in Northern Michigan.  The texture of the clouds really added to the beauty of the day.

The Knights Castle and Courtyard at Castle Farms are my favorite locations.  It is away from the other ceremony and reception locations so it is very private.  Th

From our chats prior to the Wedding, I knew that this was not going to be a normal Wedding.  They wanted it to be more of a party with friends with a little time for images.  The Bride loved images and the Groom wanted to be with friends and relax.

There were only a few vendors for the Wedding which include: Castle Farms with Autumn coordinating, Grey Gables catering, Rusch Entertainment, and Paul Retherford Photography.

Susan purchased the flowers from Costco and put the bouquets together herself.

Two highlights from the day included Susan’s brother, Phillip, singing before the ceremony and during the Bride walking down the aisle, and Drew singing a few songs during the Wedding reception.
