May 30, 2020 Wedding Mackinac Island

Congratulations to Deanna and Tad! Initially, a May 23rd, 2020 Wedding is planned and the Covid 19 epidemic postponed but did not cancel the event. It looks a bit different than the original plan but it happens. Spring Mackinac Island Wedding Ste. Annes Church outdoor Photo Deanna Tad on this gorgeous Mackinac Island day.

Originally, the plan is for a Ste. Anne’s Church wedding, a Gough horse carriage ride, a cocktail reception on the porch at the Island House on Mackinac Island, and then a reception at the Island House overlooking the Mackinac Island Harbor.

Deanna and Tad have a marriage license and it is expiring soon. They want to make this marriage happen.

The Island House is not open for Weddings so they cancel. Ste. Anne’s Church is open but has some strict regulations.

Deanna and Tad decide that they will come over on the ferry, get married at Ste. Anne’s Church, and then do family images and walk around downtown and do a photoshoot.

It just happens that the ferry service does a soft opening on May 30th in perfect timing for the small guest list to attend.

The people present were all family. They now have seven kids together and their significant others.

There is a combination of beautiful sun, overcast, down-pouring, and wind. A magnificent Mackinac Island day!

Even with the epidemic in front of mind, the Wedding is just beautiful. Everyone looks amazing, thanks to a family stylist, St. Ignace in Bloom florals, and the amazing dresses and clothes everyone wears.

The Wedding day is much more sweet than bitter and, in the end, Deanna and Tad are now a family with seven wonderful kids! Congratulations again!
