Weddings in Northern Michigan LGBT
With the new Supreme Court ruling allowing LGBT Weddings I wanted to invite all loving couples to Northern Michigan for their Wedding, and also extend my offerings to include the LGBT community.
Since LGBT Weddings were not legal in Michigan during my career, I have not had the opportunity to photograph one. I have had some requests from other states but they never worked out in the end.
Now that it is legal, there will be a number of LGBT Weddings in Northern Michigan. I am truly looking forward to these LGBT Weddings.
A little story about me and the LGBT community, I lived on the edge of “Boystown” in Chicago, Illinois for almost four years. My wife and I would attend the Pride parade annually and have a wonderful time. We loved celebrating diversity. It was one of the safest places that I have lived. We loved the area and all the friendly people that lived there.
Fun story, my wife and I were attending a friends Halloween party in Boystown. We dressed as Sonny and Cher. The kicker was that I was Cher and my wife was Sonny! Good times!
