According to the Allegan Animal Shelter, the dog was claimed by the owner.  Unfortunately, in my opinion, I don’t believe that the owner deserves this dog, judging by the shape that the dog was in.  It was obviously not properly cared for and/or fed.  I just hope that maybe this will be a wakeup call…
