- Paul RetherfordLake Michigan is a large area. You can get married on any public beach with a permit from the city/township. Here are a few spots, Oval beach Douglas; Michillindi lodge; The Homestead; Elberta life saving station; and Lighthouse Point. Good luck!ReplyCancel
