This beautiful family called for a one-hour family photography session while they were visiting a gorgeous property on Mullet Lake in Cheboygan, Northern Michigan. Cross in the Woods Bay Harbor Yacht Club Wedding Photography Michigan

Northern Michigan Wedding Photography

What an incredible wedding day put together by SO many people! It was definitely a team effort when it came to the wedding images. The Wedding Ceremony is in Indian River, Michigan at The Cross in the Woods in their indoor church area. The Wedding Reception is at The Bay Harbor Yacht Club. My day began at The Cross in the Woods right as the bride was walking down the aisle. They elected not to have any pre-wedding images as some of my couples choose. The wedding party is large and includes ring bearers and family members. The bride and groom met at a Northern Michigan music and art school called Interlochen. The groom is an extremely talented pianist and the bride is a dancer.

During the processional, the groom played a piece on the piano. It was really amazing!

After the ceremony, we completed all of the group and family images indoors and outdoors and then headed to The Bay Harbor Yacht Club for the wedding reception. The wedding party headed to Harbor Springs, Northern Michigan where they would board a yacht to be taken across the bay to The Bay Harbor Yacht Club docks.

The beautiful florals and design of the day are by Monarch Garden and Floral Design. Everything is simply stunning from the flowers to the table arrangements, the plates, the chairs, the tablecloths, etc.

DJ Ryan Rousseau is the DJ for the evening and he would light off some pyrotechnics during the first dance and later during an evening dance.

The custom-designed cake is by Simply Sweet by Jessica.

The Bay Harbor Yacht Club caters to the dinner and does an amazing job.
