Lake Superior Vacation in Canada

What a beautiful weekend in Canada on Lake Superior!  Megan, the dogs, and I took a trip up to Canada this weekend and had a blast.  The weather was fantastic and we had plenty of time to hang out, kayak, play with the dogs, and enjoy the fantastic weather on Lake Superior.  I intended it to be truly a family vacation so I left the professional cameras behind and took my Canon Powershot S500 with my waterproof case.  Excuse the “snapshots” but I think that it is the way to go on a family vacation. Even though I captured over 300 images and some video in two days, you wouldn’t have noticed while we were there. 

Today, the dogs are absolutely spent and they have been sleeping all morning.  Megan and I are pretty tired ourselves, I think mostly from the sun, but we are going to the Les Cheneaux Islands for some kayaking today.  It is beautiful again!
