My family is gearing up for the holidays. We will be with family and friends for about a week. We have all but lost all of our snow in southern Michigan but I hear that northern Michigan is full of snow.
Had a UPS scare two days ago. I was supposed to receive an overnight package with four wedding albums that I paid large amounts to have to me by Thursday so that I could deliver them to my clients. UPS placed the package on the wrong truck and did not find the box until 6am the following morning after I called them for the 20th time. I don’t think they really understand what they were dealing with. I can tell you what, I made sure that the Supervisor at the station knew what I thought of his leadership.
The albums were hand delivered on Friday. I had to dodge and weave all of the late Christmas shoppers on my way through towns around Southwest Michigan.
