Northern Michigan Family Photography

An overcast day makes for great lighting for family photography in Northern Michigan.  That is exactly what the day brought with this family.  We started at the Petoskey State Park and moved to Boyne Highlands.

The winds were pretty brisk so we spent as little time as possible on the beach at Petoskey State Park before making our way to the wooded sections of the park.

The kids are very active, as are most kids, so I always keep the shoot moving and the kids having fun.
