Northern Michigan Fall Wedding Castle Farms
Congratulations Danielle and Phil! What a beautiful couple, family, and group of friends for your Castle Farms Wedding ceremony and reception in the Kings Gallery and East Garden Room.
The late Fall in Northern Michigan has a lot of advantages. First of all, the tourist season is over and there is a lot of availability for your Wedding location and guest accommodations. The weather is typically a bit cooler but not winter yet. The Wedding fees are somewhat reduced too. Finally, the Fall skies are some of the most beautiful of the year because they contrast some much with the environment.
The Fall Castle Farms Wedding colors were grey and orange. The Wedding theme was Fall. The Bride and Groom danced to “Something I Need” by One Republic.
We started photography with the guys already in their tuxes. The ladies were getting ready and they didn’t want any images getting ready.
The light coming in the windows at the Kings Gallery was glorious during the Wedding Ceremony. It really set off the rock walls and made for a pretty Ceremony venue.
After the Wedding Ceremony we photographed all the family images in the Kings Gallery and then we made our way around with the Wedding party for some images around Castle Farms. We made images at the Queen’s Courtyard, the pond, near the dragon, the butterfly garden, and out front of Castle Farms. The groomsmen were in love the the mechanical reindeer inside Castle Farms.
The party began with Rusch Entertainment leading the way with introductions into the East Garden Room. Aaron, the best man, was introduced in wearing a hot dog outfit and he continued to wear it throughout his best man toast, or you could call it a roast. It was funny.
The party and drinking continued to the the late hours of the evening.
My photobooth was part of the Wedding reception and it was used a lot. I was mostly finished with photography around 10pm and waiting for the photo station to slow down so that I could pack it up. As I wrapped it up, the dance floor was packed.
Thyme Hill Designs flowers looked wonderful all day long and really brought the whole Wedding celebration together with the little bit of color pop.
Sarah, the wedding coordinator at Castle Farms, did an awesome job, as always.
It was a beautiful Wedding day. I highly recommend Fall Weddings in Northern Michigan!
