Northern Michigan Wedding Perry Hotel

Kimberly and Mike are laid-back, outdoorsy, and fun to be around.  Photography is easy with them.  This Stafford’s Perry Hotel Petoskey Michigan Wedding Photography shows the beauty of our Northern Michigan area.

Since they were having their Wedding at the Perry Hotel, they wanted to do a first look at another of their favorite spots, Charlevoix, Michigan lighthouse and pier.

Kimberly’s family owns a condo on the channel of Charlevoix.

We set up a nice first look that started with lighthouse images, then images along Lake Michigan, and finally bringing the Ford Raptors along Lake Michigan for cool shoot with the bride and groom.

The Wedding location overlooks Little Traverse Bay, Lake Michigan, and the Petoskey lighthouse.

The location is absolutely stunning.

Add in the fact that the Perry Hotel staff rocks and you have perfection.

The day is absolutely fantastic.  If you picture in your mind what your Wedding day is supposed to be like, this is it.

The Groom’s sister, Sarah, is the hair stylist.

Color scheme is teal, coral, and gold.

Petoskey Michigan outdoor wedding ceremony venue

The Wedding ceremony is on the lawn at the Stafford’s Perry Hotel overlooking Little Traverse Bay.

Kimberly brought all the flowers up from Jellybean and Rosebuds florist.

The ceremony is officiated by Charlevoix Wedding Pastor with Kathy Mays.

Kimberly and Mike mingled with their family and friends during cocktail hour.  Since we finished all the photography prior to the Wedding, and shortly after, they had lots of time to be with their guests.

The “friend’s group” is a wild bunch.  The party was on.  The guys are all in jeans and button downs, most with cowboy boots.  Mike opted to wear his boots, jeans, button down, and sport coat too.  He looked awesome and relaxed.

A+ Entertainment with Thomas Heath made the evening pleasant with music, dancing, and events.

Sunset is one of the best parts of the Perry Hotel and it did not disappoint!  Spectacular!  Check out these images!
